"No Face"?

This thing was cool, but when I tried it on my new puppy, it said "no face found". Really? My puppy obviously has a face. It was hard enough to keep her still, but I didnt even get a picture in the end? I tried everything, including taking a picture at an angle eliminating her muzzle. Nothing worked. It was a huge let-down.
